We all know the standard health and safety questions we get endlessly bombarded with at work, some of the being something like:
- Is health and safety important at you company?
- Do you care about your employees well being and safety?
If you answered yes to both of the above questions you don't work at A gray and Sons ltd in Glenboig. If you do work at A gray and Sons you would probably find the following questions more relevant:
- Would you ever consider using a forklift truck as a human lifting device?
- Have you ever used a fork lift truck as a human lifting device?
- Would you also consider sending the employee on to the roof of a lorry in the rain?
Your answer to these would also be yes at A gray and sons as the images below depict. I'm also quite sure that wandering around on top of a parked lorry out in the open without any form of harness is also a breach of Health and Safety, but at A. gray and Sons they don't care as they are above health and safety, maybe immortality is a question on the job application form, I somehow doubt it.

Maybe the staff and more importantly the management should visit the HSE and read up on working at height since they obviously don't know what the
guidelines are !
